I. Be prepared
Do your homework and do it well. Thorough preparation will yield to more confidence and help you channel your nervous energy into more positive force. Research on the compelling content that you suspect it might be asked during the interview. Rehearse it and invite questions from your friends who are familiar with the interview questions. The confidence of having the content in your head will eliminate unnecessary nervous habits like(um, like, as in) which clearly shows that you are not confident in what you are saying. You need more in command of your voice.
How will you be able to achieve this?
Don’t show any signs of being desperate
No matter how desperate you need the job, don’t show it to your interviewers. Let them have confidence in you, focus on your qualifications and not your need. Show them that they need you more than you need them. Your life is not dependent on just one particular job. There are wholesome of other job opportunities out there. The position might look good on paper, but you have no clue how it goes, neediness can be a yellow sign. Remember that no matter what happens it will be a learning experience that will make you a better candidate for your next job interview. [autoad]
