Cognitive bad governance and its effect in the Kenyan economy.
Sometimes individuals in a country disagree and ends up being upset with each other. It is important to focus on the issue causing difference rather than on personalities and emotions. Currently Kenya is experiencing several scandals that have been slowly established over months or even years. Could this scandals be affective? As result of anger or dislike,or there are opposing interests. Could it be lack of trust to each other thus fighting secret battles? Are Kenyan ready for the negative results since nobody is ready to talk about it? It is clearly known that any conflicting confounders of any venture usually leads to a significant impairments and the enterprise is unlikely to attain its 5th birthday.
It could be due to difference in identity, culture or race. Oftenly people import anger and resentment from other situations into a current one leading almost everyone if not all very confused , the question that is left in Kenyan minds is how soon is Kenyan vision 2030 going to be accomplished? It is high time relationship between people grows strong rather than with opposing interests or economic concerns that simply leads to destruction. Inclusive governance should be enhanced, everyone’s view should be viewed as objective.
Everyone associated with a given position should ensure efficiency so that no other position suffers. For example if the finance section does not work on payments claims or facilitation payments the departments affected could develop resentment towards the finance section. I hope u understand what I mean. For us to attain a stable economy, the existing problems and disputes here and there needs to be resolved. They say problems and challenges in an economy may have either a positive or negative effect, depending on how they are handled. However for the Kenyan economy new, fresh and different perspective of removing blinders needs to be implemented so as to think of better new ways of doing things that will lead Kenyans to the realization of vision 2030.
